Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns unless due to proven freight damage caused during shipping. Our products are custom made to your own specifications and cannot be restocked. Acknowledgment and acceptance of our return policy is required when placing an order.

In the Event of Freight Damage:

We are very sorry your order was damaged during transit!

To ensure we get you a replacement to you as soon as possible, it is very important you follow these important steps:

  1. BEFORE OPENING THE BOX, we recommend you take photos of the box damage or any product damage, if visible. This will help expedite the investigation.
  2. CAREFULLY remove the artwork from the packaging and check it for concealed damage. If damage is found, please take photos of the damage and note the location.
  3. KEEP THE MERCHANDISE AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDING CARTONS AND CONTENTS, until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the carrier for inspection.
  4. ALERT OUR SHIPPING TEAM OF THE DAMAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS by emailing shipping@chatterboxartworks.com with your order number, supporting photography and a brief explanation. We will confirm receipt of your claim within 48 hours.

Once all supporting documentation has been received, most cases are normally resolved within 10 business days, unless additional time for research is required.
